Navy SSC Executive IT Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The Navy SSC Executive IT Recruitment 2024 selection process includes the following stages:
1. Shortlisting
Criteria: Candidates are shortlisted based on normalized marks obtained in their qualifying degree.
For BE/B.Tech Candidates: Marks up to the fifth semester will be considered.
For Postgraduate Candidates (MSc/MCA/M.Tech): Marks from all semesters will be evaluated.
2. SSB Interview
Notification: Shortlisted candidates will receive notifications via email or SMS.
Process: The SSB interview includes psychological testing, group testing, and a personal interview.
Travel Allowance: First-time SSB interviewees are eligible for AC 3-tier rail fare as travel allowance.
3. Medical Examination
Candidates recommended by the SSB will undergo a medical examination conducted as per naval standards.
4. Final Merit List
The final selection is based on the candidate’s SSB performance, subject to medical fitness and the availability of vacancies.
